1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of invinic247.com and the Invinic 247 mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by [REVIEW: legal entity name and CIF/NIF], with registered office at [REVIEW: registered address], Spain ("we", "us"). The Service is a premium 24-hour delivery platform for wine, champagne and spirits in the Costa del Sol region.

Our catalogue is curated in partnership with Invinic, a licensed alcohol retailer based in Benahavís, Málaga.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service or to purchase alcohol from us. By registering, ordering, or receiving a delivery, you confirm that you are at least 18. We reserve the right to verify your age at any point and to refuse or cancel service where we cannot. See our Age Verification page for the full procedure.

The Service is available only within the delivery zones listed on our site and within hours permitted by Andalusian law on alcohol sales. See our Alcohol Licence page.

3. Your account

To place an order you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms, misrepresented your age, abused our staff or drivers, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

4. Products and prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT (IVA) at the rate applicable at the time of order. Stock and pricing are updated in near-real time; in the rare case a product becomes unavailable between browsing and checkout, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

Product images are representative; presentation (e.g. vintage labels) may vary between shipments. Alcohol content, volume, and producer information are displayed on each product page.

5. Ordering and delivery

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept by sending an order confirmation. A binding contract is formed at confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order where stock, delivery capacity, age verification, or credit check concerns apply.

Delivery is made in person within the zone-specific ETA shown at checkout. Our driver will verify the recipient is 18 or older and not visibly intoxicated. If we cannot verify, we will refuse delivery and charge a refusal fee of [REVIEW: fee amount].

Delivery windows and zones

Current delivery zones and minimum order values are listed on our site and may be updated without notice. "24/7" availability is best-effort and subject to weather, staffing, and force majeure.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. Trade accounts with approved Net-30 invoicing are available to qualifying HoReCa buyers — contact [email protected].

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has entered the picking state. Once picked, cancellation is at our discretion and may attract a restocking fee of [REVIEW]%.

Under Spanish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed alcoholic beverages delivered and accepted in good order, except where the product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed. Where a product is faulty we will collect, refund, and redeliver at no additional cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual property

The Invinic 247 name, logo, site, application, and all content (other than product imagery and descriptions licensed from producers) are the property of [REVIEW: legal entity] and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Málaga, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your place of residence within the EU.
